1. Criminal Defense
We defend people accused of crimes from traffic offenses to the most serious felonies. Call us immediately if you are accused or under investigation. Do not speak to the police without speaking to a lawyer. Our cases include:

We provide these services in Berkshire County and throughout the Commonwealth.
We also defend criminal cases in New York. Some cases, especially New York DWIs, may have a more significant impact at home in Massachusetts than in New York. We have the expertise to get you through the New York courts and deal with the ramifications in Massachusetts.
2. Domestic Relations
We handle all cases involving divorce, paternity, child support, custody and visitation, and restraining orders. We represent men and women in an unbiased way.
3. Personal Injury
We specialize in automobile accident cases, as well as premise liability and other personal injury cases. We handle these cases in-house. More complex cases require true specialists. We will supervise and refer more complex cases to specialists in the fields of medical malpractice or product liability.
